Leads & Estimates
Where does a lead go when a customer submits an estimate?
When a customer finishes your estimator, their request is saved directly to your Blue Juniper Leads page. You'll be able to review their contact information, the details they provided about the job, their answers to your estimator questions, any photos they submitted, and the ballpark estimate generated from your pricing.
If you have lead notifications configured, Blue Juniper can also notify you when a new request comes in.
Is the Blue Juniper estimate an official quote?
No. Blue Juniper gives your customer a ballpark estimate based on the services, pricing, and questions you've configured. It does not lock your business into a final price.
You remain in control of the final quote. Blue Juniper is designed to give both you and the customer a useful starting point before you decide what comes next.
What if the customer enters inaccurate information about the tree?
You're still in control. Customer-submitted information gives you a starting point, not a final determination of the job.
You can review the details and photos they submitted and, where needed, adjust the estimate based on what you determine about the job. If you need more information or an onsite visit before giving a final price, you can handle the lead accordingly.
Can I review the customer's photos before contacting them?
Yes. When a customer includes photos with their request, those photos stay with the lead so you can review them alongside the rest of the job information before deciding how you want to follow up.
What happens after I review a lead?
That's up to you. Blue Juniper gives you the customer's information, job details, photos, and ballpark estimate so you can make a more informed decision about the next step.
Depending on the job, that might mean contacting the customer, clarifying a few details, adjusting the estimate, or scheduling an onsite visit. Blue Juniper helps with the information-gathering and estimating process. Your business remains in control of the customer relationship and the final decision.
What happens when a job needs professional review?
Blue Juniper can flag estimates for professional review when the information provided isn't enough to confidently rely on the automated ballpark estimate. That gives your business an opportunity to review the request before treating the initial result as a reliable starting point.
The final judgment still belongs to your business.
Your Estimator
Can I choose which services my estimator offers?
Yes. Blue Juniper is built around your business rather than a generic list of tree services. You configure the services and pricing your estimator uses so customers are estimating work based on what your company actually offers.
Can I change my pricing later?
Yes. You can update your estimator as your pricing or services change.
Changes apply going forward. Blue Juniper preserves the relevant information associated with previously submitted estimates so later changes to your setup don't silently rewrite the historical customer record.
Can I customize how my estimator looks?
Yes. You can customize your business information, estimator title, visual theme, and logo so the customer-facing estimator feels connected to your company rather than like a generic form.
Can I put my estimator on my website or social media?
Yes. Your estimator has its own customer-facing link that you can share wherever you communicate with customers, including your website and social media.
A customer can open that link and start an estimate without needing a Blue Juniper account.
Does my customer need a Blue Juniper account?
No. The customer-facing estimator is public. Your customer can use your estimator and submit their request without creating a Blue Juniper account or logging in.
How Blue Juniper Fits Into Your Business
Does Blue Juniper replace an onsite inspection?
Not necessarily, and it isn't intended to make that decision for you.
Blue Juniper helps you collect useful job information before you spend time driving to the property. For straightforward work, that information may help you move the conversation forward quickly. For more complicated jobs, it can help you identify what needs clarification or whether an onsite inspection is the right next step.
The goal is to help you make better use of your time, not to pretend every tree job can be evaluated from a screen.
Who decides the final price?
You do.
Blue Juniper generates a ballpark estimate from the services, pricing, and information you've configured, but your tree-service business retains control of the final quote and the price you ultimately give the customer.
What happens to an old estimate if I change my settings later?
Blue Juniper preserves the relevant customer-facing information associated with a submitted estimate. Changing your company presentation or estimator settings later does not silently rewrite that historical submission to make it look like the new settings were in place when the customer originally submitted it.
Pricing & Billing
How much does Blue Juniper cost?
Blue Juniper is $99 per month after a 7-day free trial.
There's one plan with the full current product included. We don't divide the core product into feature tiers that require you to keep upgrading just to unlock more of Blue Juniper.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New standard customers receive a 7-day free trial.
You'll enter a payment method when you start the trial, but you won't be charged the $99 monthly subscription during those seven days. If you keep Blue Juniper after the trial, your paid subscription begins automatically.
What happens if I cancel during the free trial?
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged the $99 monthly subscription.
Your cancellation stops the subscription from continuing into a paid billing period.
What happens if I cancel after I've started paying?
Canceling stops future renewal. You'll continue to have access through the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and your subscription will end when that period expires.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund or prorate a charge that has already been paid. If you believe there's a billing problem, you can contact Anchor & Spear and we'll review it.
Can I reactivate after canceling?
If you've scheduled your subscription to cancel but your current access period hasn't ended yet, you can use the billing portal to reactivate it before the cancellation takes effect.
